Do you do 1 to 1 sessions
We offer training sessions either in a 1 to 1 style or we run group sessions taken by one of our experienced coaches.
Can I do just gym/fitness not martial arts
Absolutely YES, we specialise in martial arts and fitness, our coaches will develop a workout routine that suits your goals. That could be to loose weight, build muscle, get fit or learn a martial art.
Do you have parking on site
We do have parking available on site
Are your staff first aid trained
There will always be a fully trained and certified first aid trained staff member on site.
What if I am unfit
We take the sessions at your individual pace understanding that each member has a different level of fitness. Our coaches work with you to make sure you are always training at a level that you are happy with
What if i have never tried anything like this before
We pride ourselves on making sure that that new students are looked after and developed at a pace that suits them, our expert coaches know the difference between an individual that wants to loose weight and someone athletic who wants to train to become a fighter. We will first work on you breaking down what you want to gain from training with us and then develop a program that works for you.
In person sessions vs online classes
With most people working ever increasing hours added to the amount of time wasted on travel, It is easy to see why so many people are turning to online coaching. At Revival you have the choice to train with one of our coaches at one of our locations or in your own home, either in person or using our live coaching program online. Exercise and martial arts training becomes more viable when its convenient so you need to decide which class style suits your lifestyle.
